The terms on which NADMOR may be used, by the people who buy and by the providers who list.
NADMOR is a marketplace. We do not provide medical care. The provider is the clinic or hospital named on each package, and it is responsible for the care itself, for the results, for its licence and for its staff.
What we provide is a comparable list of services and prices, the payment, a voucher that can be verified, and the appointment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of it replaces seeing a doctor.
A successful payment issues one service voucher per package, with its own code and an expiry printed on it. What you own is the voucher, not the appointment slot — which is why cancelling an appointment never removes it.
The price shown is what you pay; nothing is added at checkout. If a clinic finds that something outside the package is needed, it must tell you and agree it with you on the day.
In short: a voucher you have not used, bought within the last seven days, can be refunded in full from your account. The full rules are in the cancellation policy.
We may change these terms, and will say so on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. Thai law applies.
