A voucher is what you own once you have paid — one per package, with its own code and expiry, shown at the counter. A coupon is a discount spent at checkout and gone.
No. The voucher and the appointment are separate records. Cancel the appointment and choose another date, as long as the voucher has not expired.
In full if the voucher is unused and was bought within seven days — the button is on the voucher’s page. Outside that, message support.
Yes — some packages are bought now and booked later. The voucher waits in your account until its expiry.
Give the name on the booking and show the voucher code, or let them scan the QR. Redeeming it there is the moment it becomes “used”.
Because only a redeemed voucher can be reviewed. If you have just been and still cannot, the clinic has not redeemed it yet — tell us.
The price shown is what you pay; nothing is added at checkout. If the clinic finds something outside the package is needed, it has to tell you and agree it on the day.
One per cent back: a point for every ten baht paid, and ten points come off a baht at checkout.
